Just a note friend

Terri issued a challenge on the Papertrey Peeps blog for May that called for using flowers. Yes, I know May --  and now it is June. I'm a little behind. The library card is really the perfect backdrop for images. I like the feeling of layers that it gives.

I also think that the scale of the Botanical Silhouettes and Larger than Life work so well together You could change the sentiment on this layout for so many occasions. I see a thinking of you happening in the near future.

supplies:
stamps: PTI Botanical Silhouettes, Flutterby Friend, Larger than Life, Library card
paper: Cosmo Cricket Mitten Weather mini deck; October Afternoon Thrift Shop; PTI vintage cream;
ink: SU Crushed Curry, Bermuda Bay; Memento Rich Cocoa; PTI Spring Moss
other: Life dies, twine

  1. Love it, Rhonda. Love how you combined the floral sets and layered them on the library card. I bought the library card stamp when it first came out and have since been totally intimidated by it... crazy, I know. I'll have to try something like this. Thanks for the inspiration!

  3. Great card! That Botanical Silhouettes set is so pretty. And looks so great with LTL! I also like the look of lined things behind florals (like the Hero Art Ledger background); it grounds it somehow. Anyhow, love your card.
