Delight yourself in the Lord

This is the final Verve sketch for January. Of course I had to flip it! The sentiment is a Plain Jane. I needed to fill the empty space below the sentiment and the heart swirl from Sweet Treats fit perfectly and well as fitting the heart theme.

The papers are more of the Cosmo Cricket Mini Deck: Togetherness. The paper beneath the dots is actually Stampin Up's Going Gray. It looks a little blue in the photo.

I also made another ATC Bible Verse card for my growing collection. I colored some PTI twine with my gray Copic markers to get the needed match.

Can you believe it is already Wednesday again? and January is almost GONE!!! ~Rhonda

supplies used:
stamps: Verve - Plain Jane - Delight in the Lord, Sweet Treats
paper: Cosmo Cricket Mini Deck: Togetherness; SU - Going Gray; PTI Vintage Cream
ink: Memento tuxedo black
other: PTI limitless layers 2 1/2 collection; MFT scallop die; distressing tool; PTI twine; Copic Markers: yarn - stash

  4. Love this Rhonda! Your patterned papers work so well - and your fibre accent on the card is so eye-catching, it looks gorgeous with the distressing on your mat! Your ATC card is also fabulous - you must have quite a beautiful collection of them now!
