Follow your Dreams!

Today is the Papertrey Ink Blog Hop!! The theme is FLOWERS. I used the Anniversary Set, so if you haven't received yours yet and don't want to see it, Don't open this post.

I was inspired to use orange after visiting The Spa at La Costa in San Diego. My brother treated my SIL, Mom, and myself to a girls day out. We had a wonderful time. Look at these gorgeous flowers.

I used the new Botanical Silhouettes set for my flowers and the new Garden Variety Die for my large flower pot. I did cut maybe a 1/4 of a inch off the bottom. Love the way it looks.

You can see I used the linen impression plate on the pot in the picture below.

Happy Hopping Everyone!

supplies used:
stamps: PTI Botanical Silhouettes, Fillable Frames #3
paper: PTI Stampers Select White; orange stripe is digi paper (can't remember)
ink: PTI Orange Zest, Spring Moss; Memento Rich Cocoa
other: PTI Garden Variety Die, linen impression plate, twine; pop dots

  23. This is a gorgeous card. You have captured La Costa perfectly. I almost screamed when I saw your card, because I was just at that spa 2 weeks ago for my birthday. I live just down the road from La Costa, and play tennis there every day. I wish I knew you were in town. We could have had a stamping session in the jacuzzi!!
