Swinging by to say HI!

We are watching the weather in Texas as the 1st hurricane of the season,  Alex, will make land Thursday. It is sure to bring flooding and tornadoes to South Texas. They are showing people surfing in the big waves! CRAZY I say!

I'm taking Jessica Spray's Computer Tricks for Cards class which is basically a hybrid class (combining digital elements with paper). One of the 1st cards we made is below. The papers and "stamped" image were digital that I printed. Used my border punch, twine, and button to complete.

It inspired me to use the same layout for the next card. The papers again were digital that I downloaded from someplace! I need to figure out how to label so I can give credit where credit is due!

I love this Pure Innocence image! Aptly named "Start each day with Whee!" I paper pieced her dress. It looks cool for summer.

Thanks so much for visiting! I love reading your comments. ~Rhonda

  1. Fun card! The digi papers are pretty. I love that PI stamp and should get it out and play some more with it.

  2. Ooooh - you're inspiring! Digi has always frightened me off - but your cards are fabulous - a definite incentive to try!!

  3. I missed this one somehow. Great job on both of them. I love that little girl on the swing. So cute!! You did some cool things with the digi images too! Hope you have a great 4th!

  4. So cute, love that little girl in the swing!

I love your feedback!! Thanks for stopping by.
