A pretty trio using the Delightful Dahlia set and die. My 1st card was the Orange Zest "Just Because." After I had completed this card I felt like the V-8 commercial. "Knock myself in the head" I should have used the Picnic Plaid impression plate!!!!!
So . . . "For a Gracious Hostess" included the impression plate. It really adds that extra touch for a great looking card. I really liked using the Vintage Frames dotted frame inside the labels one to add impact to the sentiment.
My inspiration for these cards came from one Dawn McVey had created which I can't find on her blog now and Sue Ann's card here. Using the rickrack die to create a larger border piece.
I love how inspiration is just a click away at all times.
I'm on the countdown for my son's graduation next Friday! I ordered the cake, bought a new dress/shoes, made thank you cards, and the list goes on!
Hope you are having a wonderful week! ~Rhonda
