How Many X's would YOU Color an Image?

So . . . you are learning to use your Copic Markers. How many times would you color the SAME image? Once? Twice? Five times? I think I lost track! but I improved.

I finally completed one!!! The image is from Mo's Digital Pencil. I love the image and it was perfect for practicing. The paper is "Stitched Floral" from the Paper Studio. The ribbon is also from Hobby Lobby.
I really need to watch some videos that show how to do faces. Do you know of a great tutorial that would help? Leave me a link in the comments.

Hope you have time scheduled to stamp this week! ~ Rhonda

  3. Rhonda, I think you are doing a great job! And your image is adorable. For me Copics have been pretty much trial and error. I am so new that I don't have any helpful hints. Lauren Meador did a lot of people images and her faces always looked great. She did a video, last year I think, that might be helpful. I don't know the date but you might want to browse her blog.

  5. this looks great! getting used to the copics definitely takes some practice. check marianne walker's blog (http://www.ilikemarkers.blogspot.com/) for some great tutorials on coloring. she has a lot on blending and shading and light sources.

  6. I think you have done a wonderful job here! I'm a copic nothing :0) - haven't even hit novice stage yet, so it's all still a bit of an enigma!
